Life can get tough at times, and it can become all about someone… or something else, some expectation of what we ‘should’ be doing, feeling, or working towards…. And the Truth is much easier than any of this!   What is deeper, easier and more natural than any of this… is your True essence… your true Self.  This is who you have always been, and there is nothing you need to add to it or take away from it to make it anything!  You – just as you are – are PERFECT!   It is time for you to remember… remember who you really are.



WHat’s it really about?


Get Real is about getting to fully know yourself. Getting to finally be REAL! Pealing back any of the rubbish, the beliefs that hold you back, any of the experiences that have happened in life that keep you from fully seeing yourself as you REALLY are.  Get Real is here to guide you to uncover your inner power… so you can discover what you want life to look like.  Get Real gives you practical, everyday easy-to-use tools to help you clear out the junk and be totally free! To create life the way your heart most wants to… and to finally be yourself!  This is time to stop the blame game… give up the story that you can never have and be what you really want… it’s time to remember you ALREADY ARE THAT! 



WHat happens at camp?


On the Get Real camp we come together for 3 days, in a group of about 30 – 50 youth, and 5 – 10 coaches. During the 3 days we will be using loads of activities and fun, discussions, guided processes, music, movement, art, writing, and honesty to discover this power within. To uncover your life’s purpose – the reason you are here. To get in touch with the part of you that has always had dreams, and to remember what these are. You will clear out anything that has been stopping you living your FULL POTENTIAL.  From this Freedom you have a fresh start – and you can live the life you were BORN to live!  You can Get Real, and fully be yourself – the choice is yours.
